Universal StudiosOak Ridge Band Spring Trip 2012
March 28– April 1, Orlando, FL

We’re excited to announce our bi-annual spring trip. This year we have scheduled several exciting activities and performances that are fun and educational. As always, we have included at least two meals each day of the trip.

Our trip this year will include:

  • 3 nights at the Orlando Vista Hotel, including full buffet breakfast each morning
  • Full Buffet breakfast at Golden Corral the morning of arrival
  • Admission to Universal Studios parks
  • Admission to DisneyQuest at Downtown Disney
  • Performance of Cirque de Soliel La Nouba at Downtown Disney
  • Adjudicated performance / competition at OrlandoFest
  • Additional meal (park meal voucher or included dinner) each day
  • Transportation via Landreth Motorcoach

Cost:

The total cost of the trip will be $660 per student. We are asking for a $150 deposit by November 15th to reserve a spot on the trip. Please either bring the payment in or mail it to the high school in care of the ORHS Band. Students will then be asked to make additional $150 payments by the 15th of each month through February, with a $60 final payment due in March. Any credits earned through the Fruit Sale or Pancake breakfast may be applied to the outstanding balance. The trip is an optional activity.
