Band Camp Information Form

Camp dates are Monday, July 25th, through Friday, July 29th, at ORHS, and Sunday, July 31st, through Friday, August 5th, at Tennessee Tech.  The Band Camp Fee is $275.00 which includes rooms, meals and transportation while at Tennessee Tech, as well as the camp supplies, student Show T-shirt, and instruction during both weeks. Please complete and return this form as soon as possible.  If you should send payment with this form, please make checks payable to the ORHS Band Boosters.
